Packaging, storage and transportation: 25KG/package, storage period: sealed storage for more than 12 months (5-25C), transportation: general goods. Precautions for use 1. Batch production can be conducted after trial printing is confirmed to meet the requirements. 2. Do a good job of removing grease and impurities (such as glass insulating powder) from the surface of the printed object (glass) to prevent white spots, pinholes and other surface defects. 3. The drying process of printing wet film has good ventilation to prevent solvent volatilization and odor. The drying temperature of thick printing wet film is slightly lower and the drying time is longer, so as to avoid the edge deformation and irregularity caused by drying too fast. It is recommended to use infrared dryer for drying (120-150 ℃, more than 5 minutes). 4. The ink must be thoroughly mixed before use, and the mixing time should be 1-2 hours. 5. Adhesion, hardness, acid-base resistance and other indicators can be tested only after the baking is completely cured. 6. The GP series can be mixed with each other, but it needs to be tested before mass production. The oil for dilution shall be the specially prepared ink mixing oil, and other dilution oil shall not be added.
